  • Been training with Jay for quite some time on 1 to 1 personal training. Finished my 1st package and now going for 2nd package. I'm able to see my improvement, I can feel my body is way fitter, my health improved and I'm definitely feeling way better about myself compared to last time. Now I trained in his studio where there's equipment for me to use, though small area, but the equipment can provide so many exercises and I'm still exploring more as Jay train and teach me how to use more of it. Really love the gym studio and Jay coaching is really professional. Definitely going to keep training with him.

"Training with Jay has helped me to regain strength after childbirth. I am much stronger now, compared to my early postpartum days. He takes my past injuries into consideration when planning my workout structure and my current ailments have significantly improved. His style of training is very friendly to all fitness levels. For reference, he started training me using bodyweight before utilising resistance bands, and then weights, to give the workouts more challenge. I’ve trained in his newly opened gym and though the space is tight, it is plenty and the possibilities are endless with the set up that he has. The sound advice, encouragement, and guidance, over the months have helped get me to where I am in my fitness journey today. I am happy to continue training with Jay. "Jay takes very careful note of my pre-existing condition and injuries, customised my training regime, and tailored exercises to fit my needs and limitations. He observes my workouts carefully and help me to adopt correct form so that I can work out safely, avoid potential/further injuries, and benefit from the all exercises. During each session, he motivates me to push beyond my usual limits to achieve more gains. He also shows concern by asking if I am experiencing any pain during certain exercises and after the session. Jay follows up with me after my session, and is very communicative and responsive.
