"Jay takes very careful note of my pre-existing condition and injuries, customised my training regime, and tailored exercises to fit my needs and limitations. He observes my workouts carefully and help me to adopt correct form so that I can work out safely, avoid potential/further injuries, and benefit from the all exercises. During each session, he motivates me to push beyond my usual limits to achieve more gains.

He also shows concern by asking if I am experiencing any pain during certain exercises and after the

"Training with Jay has helped me to regain strength after childbirth. I am much stronger now, compared to my early postpartum days. He takes my past injuries into consideration when planning my workout structure and my current ailments have significantly improved. His style of training is very friendly to all fitness levels.
